Mission :

The Brand Media Manager will be part of the Brand Marketing Department, and will play a critical role in owning and driving Cariuma’s owned media, influencer, athlete, PR, and community strategy across our key global markets.

Reporting directly to the Head of Brand Marketing, this role will lead the charge in building a dynamic and high-impact brand ecosystem — blending creator partnerships, athlete stories, and community growth in alignment with our brand DNA. This is a unique opportunity to help shape Cariuma’s global visibility, elevate our voice across platforms, and engage with creators who align with our values.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute global brand media strategy (influencers, athletes, community, PR)
• Build and maintain influencer and micro-creator partnerships aligned with brand positioning.
• Work closely with the Brand Athletes Manager to activate athlete seeding programs.
• Work closely with the Head of Marketing Manager to create and activate brand ambassador partnerships.
• Oversee press office activity, coordinate media outreach and coverage.
• Manage brand sentiment monitoring, UGC tracking, and community engagement strategy.
• Collaborate with paid media and social teams to integrate influencer content into paid amplification.
• Partner with external social media consultant on content publishing and platform performance.
• Analyze brand media KPIs and regularly report on reach, engagement, and earned media value.
