Remote work : Customer Service in Portugal (Italian speaker)

Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent in Portugal will be :

Respond to user inquiries through phone, email, and chat.

Ensure replies and solutions are delivered to customers within the agreed service levels.

Offer inbound sales support and maintain the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

Provide exceptional customer service for after-sales needs.

Ensure all necessary data is captured in the CRM according to client policies and product requirements.

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role :

A native level of Italian and at least a B2 level of English

Passion for customer service

Proficient in handling inbound calls and written communications within established guidelines

Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks promptly

Commitment to maintaining customer information security and confidentiality

Problem-solving; skillful identification and escalation of issues for timely resolution

Excitement about intercultural communication and commitment to a longer stay in Portugal

Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience

Having a valid Portuguese work permit or a nationality that allows you to work in an EU country

You can work from anywhere in the mainland of Portugal

Contract of 6 months

Working hours : Full-time (40 hours / week), shifts can be Monday - Saturday 08 : 00 AM to 07 : 00 PM (Rotational shifts), 2 days off per week : Sunday + 1 day rotational

Salary conditions : 1024€ gross / month + performance bonus 225€

Help with acquiring the NIF and SSN

If you're relocating from outside of Portugal :

Room in a shared apartment for a maximum period of 12 months, with rent of 280€ with all utilities bills included (discounted directly from the payslip)

Reimbursement of the flight on 6th month of contract
