Shifts : Rotative Monday to Sunday between 08 : 00 and 20 : 00
Days Off : 2 rotating days per week
Salary & Compensation
Base Salary : 875.00 per 14 months
Additional Bonus : 150 per 12 months
Allowances & Benefits
Meal Allowance : 7.23 per day
Transport Allowance : 20 per month
Health Insurance : Coverage starts from Day 1 (monthly contribution required) free after 6 months
Your Role
As a Customer Service Representative youll be the friendly helpful voice assisting airline customers with their needs across various channels. Whether its managing bookings answering questions or solving issues youll be an essential part of creating a smooth travel experience.
What Youll Do
Who You Are
Native European Portuguese speaker fluent in English (spoken and written)
At least 1 year of experience in customer service or contact center (preferred)
Tech-savvy with troubleshooting abilities is a plus
Strong communication multitasking and problem-solving skills
Calm positive and professional under pressure
