Hiire is helping Bluepharma, a leading Portuguese pharmaceutical group from Coimbra, with a strong international presence, hire an IT Support Technician to help them advance their innovative methods and excellence!

About the Role :

As an IT Support Technician at Bluepharma, you'll have the opportunity to support the whole IT technological infrastructure at our company.

You'll be leveraging your expertise and knowledge in different areas from hardware to software.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support all the technological infrastructure;
• Follow and solve users' requests;
• Technical support, helpdesk, and support users on the phone and on-site;
• Maintain our software and hardware;
• Diagnose and solve hardware and software problems;
• Manage our Active Directory;
• Work on ongoing projects inside of the Support scope.
