The ideal Sales Operations Manager candidate will have proven HubSpot CRM experience and a track record of improving internal workflows, supporting client inquiries, onboarding new team members, and driving efficiency through process improvements.

3+ years of experience in operations, project management, or process improvement rolesAdvanced proficiency in HubSpot CRM , including automation, workflows, and reportingStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-makingProven experience supporting external communications and managing inquiry workflowsExperience in onboarding employees and building onboarding documentationExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishHighly organized, detail-oriented, and results-focusedAvailability to work EST hoursFamiliarity with AI tools and automation platforms is a strong plusRecruitment steps :
