We are currently looking for Polish and English speakers Customer Support.

If you are you fluent in oral and written Polish and English, we have the job for you!

Your mission :

With the tools acquired during our initial training, you will be in charge of the management of several files :

• Receiving incoming calls;
• Management of commercial and / or technical disputes;
• Administrative tasks : documentation management and database updating;

Contact with customers to resolve pending situations.

Your profile :

Call Center experience is a plus for you.
