ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Workplace Engineer to join our TechHub in Lisbon or Kuala Lumpur !

You will be responsible for managing and securing the identity lifecycle and end-user access processes within the Microsoft 365 environment. This includes handling identity provisioning, access controls, and managing user devices across the organization.

This role emphasizes integration between identity management, endpoint management, and security protocols to ensure seamless end-user computing experiences.

THE SKILLS

To set you up for success in this role, here are some key skills that will help you :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Information Systems Security Professional. (CISSP), Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM)) are a plus.
• ITIL Foundation and Service Now familiarity (desirable).
• Strong understanding of IAM principles, methodologies, and technologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft products and ServiceNow administration.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and advancements in IAM.
• Excellent communication skills – Fluency in English.
