The Role

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in generating new pipeline through a mix of outbound campaigns, social selling, and targeted email outreach.

You’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging high-potential accounts, building relationships with key stakeholders, and uncovering business needs and use cases that align with our solutions. Through a combination of inbound and outbound efforts, your goal will be to create qualified opportunities and schedule customer meetings that drive revenue growth.

What will your day-to-day be like?

  • Proactively identify and engage potential customers across multiple channels, including outreach to marketing-qualified leads, outbound prospecting, and cold calling.
  • Uncover customer needs and relevant use cases that align with our products, with the goal of securing high-quality meetings with new prospects.
  • Support and coordinate business development efforts around key company events, including industry trade shows and conferences.

Experience and Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience. A university degree is not required, but considered a plus.
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role is valued
  • Proven experience in prospecting and engaging cold contacts, creating outbound opportunities, and developing new commercial relationships, particularly in international markets. Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate past experience in outbound sales and lead generation.
  • Must have experience working in IT, software, or digital companies

  • Strong performer with a proven drive to succeed and guarantee success;
  • Ability to work independently in changing environments, and the ability / willingness to learn.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills;
  • An excellent level of English is required, other languages are a plus;
