MISSION

WinPower has been operating on the national and international markets for over 30 years on the domains of engineering, Operation & Maintenance of energy generation solutions and providing services for the energy transition of its customers and partners. One of the strategic goals of the organization is to give an opportunity to those who want to participate in disruptive projects on the energy sector and develop business opportunities in the energy solutions sector, aligning initiatives with the company's strategic and commercial plan, focusing on the expansion and consolidation of WinPower's presence in strategic markets.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR :

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering;
• Proven track record in business development, preferably in the energy or industrial sectors;
• Exceptional skills in negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building, with a focus on fostering long-term partnerships;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Portuguese and English;
• Ability to thrive in multicultural and dynamic environments;
• Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset, with a focus on achieving commercial goals;
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally;
• Expertise in energy solutions, including renewables and energy efficiency;
• Advanced proficiency in Office 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
