CLA is growing and seeking to hire an experienced Senior Product Owner to join our talented Digital Solutions team. The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment.

This role leads end-to-end product strategy and delivery, aligning business goals with technical execution in an Agile environment. This role integrates discovery, delivery, and operations, driving product vision through data-informed decisions and close collaboration with engineering, UX, architecture, QA, and business stakeholders. With full lifecycle ownership—from ideation to post-launch sustainability—the Senior Product Owner ensures measurable outcomes, mentors other Product Owners, and maintains alignment with CLA’s broader solutions strategy.

How you’ll create opportunities in this Senior Product Owner role :

Product Strategy & Discovery

  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business priorities.
  • Lead qualitative and quantitative research to validate user needs and identify scalable opportunities.
  • Translate insights into actionable backlog items and hypotheses.

Backlog & Requirements Management

  • Own and prioritize the product backlog using value-based frameworks (e.g., MoSCoW, WSJF, RICE).
  • Develop clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria covering both functional and non-functional needs.
  • Ensure backlog hygiene and readiness for sprint and PI planning.

    • Technical Alignment

  • Collaborate with engineering and architecture to ensure scalable, auditable, and extensible solutions.
  • Translate business needs into technical opportunities, considering APIs, data models, and integration patterns.

    • Delivery & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end product delivery, from ideation to post-launch optimization.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment with OKRs, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure operational readiness.

    • Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a liaison between business, technology, and users to drive alignment and decision-making.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and tradeoffs with clarity and transparency.
  • Foster a culture of agility, experimentation, and continuous learning.

    • Leadership & Mentorship

  • Mentor product team members and promote best practices in product ownership and delivery.
  • Champion outcome-driven thinking and cross-functional collaboration.

    • Performance Optimization

  • Define and track product KPIs; use insights to inform iteration and roadmap evolution.
  • Lead post-launch improvements to enhance user experience and business value.

    • Main requirements

    What you will need :

  • 4 years of relevant experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
  • SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager (PO / PM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is preferred.
