German-Speaking Customer Service Remote in Portugal

This is a remote position but applicants must reside in Portugal or ready to relocate. Candidates outside this area will not be considered . Please note that relocation packages are not provided .

Position Overview :

Role : Customer Service Agent (German-speaking)

Location : Remote in Portugal

Key Responsibilities :

Assist customers via phone email and chat providing detailed product knowledge and helping them book their dream cruise

Handle sales inquiries with confidence and professionalism

Guide clients through available packages promotions and upgrades

Resolve queries and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the booking process

Upsell services when appropriate to enhance the overall customer experience

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Required Profile :

Fluent in German (C1) and proficient in English (B2)

Experience in a customer-focused environment

Excellent communication and persuasion skills

Ability to work independently
