Descrição da vagayou will be providing customer support via multiple channels (calls, chats, emails) you will start your job with training where you will get to know the system and processes with the support of our team leader and the entire team you will provide support to users, offer solutions, respond to all inquiries in a timely manner you will communicate in Italian every day you will have the constant support of your team leader and the entire team work in the confort of your own home advanced spoken and written Italian skills, C1 level (Mandatory) advanced spoken and written English skills, C1 level (Mandatory) availability to work 5 days per week including Saturdays and Sunday availability to work 8 hours per day (24 / 7) good computer user skills (Mandatory) ability to generate empathy in written form good communication skills customer orientation and troubleshooting ability to manage time and meet goals
