Estamos buscando personas entusiasmadas con productos tecnológicos para unirse a un proyecto relacionado con la industria médica en una de las BPO internacionales más importantes. Si posees habilidades de comunicación, resolución de problemas y entre uno y dos años de experiencia previa en soporte técnico, ¡nos encantaría conocerte!
Responsabilidades del puesto :
- Facilitar el apoyo técnico y la resolución de problemas a los clientes en caso de incidencias con dispositivos tecnológicos. La atención se realizará vía telefónica y por correo electrónico;
- Dar soporte a clientes con problemas de instalación y de averías en los dispositivos;
- Asistir a los clientes en la facturación, seguimiento de envíos y realización de pedidos;
- Actuar ante las incidencias, con su correspondiente escalado y reporte de las mismas;
- Utilizar tus habilidades de comunicación y resolución de problemas para brindar un excelente servicio al cliente.
