Traveler Advisor – German Speaker in Lisbon

Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent will be :

Managing bookings (altering, canceling, or creating reservations) via phone, email, and chat

Assisting clients with inquiries during the after-sales process and handling requests related to reservations

Managing back-office tasks such as ticket issuing, modifications, and cancellations

Ensuring excellent customer experience through professional and friendly support

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role :

Native-level German speaker with good English skills

Enthusiasm for travel and the tourism industry

Awareness of the value of delivering an excellent customer experience

Strong communication and listening skills

Proactive, energetic, and comfortable working at a fast pace

Excited about intercultural communication and expatriate life

Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career

Valid Portuguese work permit required

What’s in it for you?

Contract type : 12-month contract from day one (training is fully paid)

Probation period : 30 days

Working hours : Full-time (40h / week), rotating shifts Monday to Sunday, 8 am – 10 pm

Salary package :

1235 gross / month × 14 payments

150 monthly bonus

6 meal voucher per workday
