E-commerce Marketer

Location : Portugal (Remote) | Full-time | EST hours (9 : 00 AM -5 : 00 PM)

Compensation : $3,000 / month

We are seeking a results-driven E-commerce Marketer with extensive experience managing large-scale ad campaigns and e-commerce growth strategies. This role requires strong knowledge of the U.S. market and customer behavior, as well as excellent English communication skills.

A leading athletic accessories brand specializing in high-quality headbands, wristbands, and custom gear. Their products are trusted by athletes, teams, and fitness enthusiasts worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Amazon, Google Ads, and other platforms.
  • Manage and scale Amazon ad budgets exceeding $100K / month to maximize ROI.
  • Create and implement email marketing strategies to drive engagement, retention, and sales.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis with a focus on the U.S. market.
  • Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the creative and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with brand goals.
  • Stay up to date on e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing Amazon Ads budgets over $100K / month .
  • Proven expertise in Google Ads, email marketing, and e-commerce growth strategies .
  • Previous experience targeting and engaging the U.S. customer base .
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills .
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Based in Portugal and available to work remotely.
