Job Description

Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality OutSystems applications to meet business requirements.
Create applications with a test-driven development mindset that perform well.
Work collaboratively to solve problems with other team members;
Develop custom components and integrations with other systems using APIs, web services, or other methods.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to others in the low-code team, helping to establish best practices and development standards.
Review others' code, share skills and knowledge with the rest of the team.
Be proactive and organized within your team and meet the goals that you have agreed to.
Innovate and contribute ideas that will improve the application’s quality;
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for developed applications and processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application development and deployment.
Stay up-to-date with the latest OutSystems platform features, improvements, and best practices.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar;
At least 3 years of experience with OutSystems;
Experience with other technologies ( .Net, HTML, CSS, JS e SQL) - it’s a good plus;
OutSystems Certifications - they are more than welcome around here;
Good communication skills;
Ability to work in a team and be a team player;
Ability to adapt and learn new skills quickly;
Fluency in English (both written and spoken) - mandatory;
Fluency in French (both written and spoken) - it’s a good plus;
Ability to mentor less-experienced developers - it’s a good plus;
