Senior Operations Specialist

Your mission

At Odds Scanner Group, we are looking for a Senior Operations Specialist to join our growing team in Portugal.

As part of the Operations team, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding and scaling our delivery capabilities. Working closely with leadership and multiple teams, you’ll take ownership of process optimisation, performance reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. If you thrive in dynamic environments and have a data-driven approach, this role is for you.

This position requires residency in Portugal or a willingness to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to designing, implementing, and continuously optimizing processes to drive greater operational efficiency and alignment.
• Create and maintain up-to-date documentation for all processes, workflows, and best practices to ensure company-wide clarity and consistency.
• Partner with other departments to advise, support, and align operational practices with strategic business objectives.
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity, quality, and team performance.
• Monitor and report on KPIs to measure the success of projects and initiatives, providing actionable insights to senior management.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication across teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, expectations, and progress.
