Descrição da vagaNiveau de français natif ou maîtrisé (C2) Solides compétences en communication – avec d’excellentes compétences en conversation téléphonique, une écoute attentive et des compétences rédactionnelles supérieures Compétences analytiques et en résolution de problèmes avec une grande attention aux détails Doit détenir la citoyenneté de l'UE ou un permis de travail valide pour le Portugal Être un candidat local ou disposé à déménager à Porto, au Portugal Salaire compétitif x 14 mois Bonus garanti les 3 premiers mois de 100 € brut ou plus selon les objectifs atteints Un panier repas de 9€ / jour (net, carte repas) Remboursement des transports en commun jusqu'à 40 € (sur présentation de l'abonnement mensuel) Et d'autres avantages : Durée du contrat : Contrat à durée indéterminée incluant une période d'essai de 3 mois Un bonus mensuel illimité - en fonction de l'atteinte des objectifs de votre équipe (vous décidez !) Assurance maladie et assistance sociale gratuite après 3 mois de contrat Un smartphone offert après 1 an de service et renouvelé après 3 ans Possibilité d'avoir jusqu'à 4 jours de vacances supplémentaires en plus des 22 jours (donc 26 jours selon les conditions en vigueur) Beaucoup d'animations et ambiance détendue Possibilité d'évolution salariale annuelle selon des critères clairs et objectifs
Votre mission
- Recevoir les appels des clients
- Accueillir et conseiller les clients
- Proposez des solutions personnalisées à chaque appel
- Vivez la culture d’entreprise et partagez-la au quotidien avec vos collègues
Aucune expérience en relation client n’est nécessaire. Une formation spécialisée et rémunérée est dispensée dès le premier jour à tous les nouveaux collaborateurs, qui sont également accompagnés jusqu'à leur autonomie, afin de garantir les critères exigeants qui font de l'entreprise une référence de qualité en matière de service client.
