You'll be the point person for all outbound communication that moves the needle—SMS, email, WhatsApp / Telegram, and in-app / on-site triggers . Using our BI stack and third-party CRM tools, you'll define cohorts, craft offers, launch campaigns, and optimise continuously to maximise player LTV across multiple casino brands.
Key Responsibilities
Area / What You'll Do :
40% - Campaign Execution
Plan, build, and deploy daily / weekly SMS & email blasts, drip sequences, and push / IM messages. Ensure flawless QA, deliverability,
25% - Segmentation & Monetisation
Work with BI analysts to slice users into actionable cohorts (e.g., first-time depositors, lapsing VIPs). Design promo calendars that balance operator KPIs with user value.
15% - Copy & Creative Ownership
Write or brief conversion-focused copy that actually sells—promotions, subject lines, CTAs, A / B variants. Coordinate basic graphics and HTML where needed.
10% - Analytics & Optimisation
Track KPIs (open rate, CTOR, CVR, ARPU, churn) in real time. Run multivariate tests, interpret results, and iterate fast. Present weekly performance insights to Ops & Commercial.
10% - Process & Tooling
Maintain clean lists, automations, and templates. Champion deliverability best practices, template hygiene, and post-send monitoring. Document SOPs so we can scale.
