Digital Marketing Manager
We are looking for a digital marketing manager working in team with the corporate marketing manager.
This role focuses on implementing a digital marketing strategy and increase leads and lead quality.
Responsibilities
1. Digital Strategy & Campaign Management
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEA, email marketing, social media (LinkedIn), etc.)
- Optimize website and landing pages for lead generation and conversion
- Manage and improve PPC (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) campaigns
2. Content marketing & SEO
Manage high quality content for blogs, case studies, and whitepapersImplement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibilityOversee website updates and ensure a seamless user experience3. Lead Generation & Marketing Automation
Implement lead nurturing strategies using marketing automation tools (, HubSpot, Marketo)Monitor and optimize the customer journey to increase conversion ratesFollow up and analyze the NPS score for the individual businessesCollaborate with sales to align marketing efforts with business goals4. Analytics & Performance Tracking
Track and analyze KPIs using Google Analytics, CRM, and other analytics toolsGenerate reports and provide insights to optimize digital marketing performanceContinuously test and improve campaigns through A / B testing and data-driven decisionsCompetencies / skills
Strategic thinking : ability to align digital marketing efforts with business goalsData-driven approach : strong analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performanceCreativity & content creation : ability to craft engaging, water industry relevant contentSEO & SEA expertise : knowledge of keyword research, technical SEO, and paid advertisingTech-savvy : experience with marketing automation tools, Google Ads, and CRM systemsProject management : ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlinesCollaboration & communication : work closely with internal teams such as sales & ITQualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent in experience in digital marketing or communicationExperience in digital marketing, CRM and marketing automation. Preferably in the industrial or environmental sectorProficiency in any of the following : Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Salesforce, HubSpot or similar, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush)Proficiency in Microsoft toolsStrong English communication skills, French is a plusA passion for sustainability and water technology is a plus!Our offer
