Danish-Speaking Customer Support Specialist – Lisbon, PortugalLocation : Lisbon, PortugalContract : 12 monthsStart Date : OngoingSalary : €1,358 gross / month + free accommodation (private room in a shared company apartment)Or €1,620 gross / month if you arrange your own housingRole OverviewJoin our Lisbon-based team as a Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist. You’ll play a key role in guiding customers through their order journey—from delivery management and payment issues to returns and refunds. This position combines customer service, administrative support, and problem-solving in a fast-paced, international environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport customers with order-related inquiries via phone, email, and chatManage deliveries, returns, payment issues, refunds, and order updatesHandle sensitive information in compliance with PCI and GDPR regulationsLiaise with couriers, financial institutions, and internal departmentsIdentify, assess, and escalate complex issues as neededMaintain high service quality standards and meet individual / team KPIsFollow project guidelines and leverage internal knowledge base for solutionsRequirementsFluent in DanishProficient in English (C1 level) – written and spokenHigh attention to detail and data accuracyAbility to work independently and handle confidential informationStrong communication and problem-solving skillsFlexible and willing to work rotating shifts (including weekends and holidays)Previous experience in back-office, SAP, or order management is a plusWorking Hours40 hours / week (8-hour shifts + 1-hour lunch break)Rotating shifts between 07 : 00–24 : 00, Monday to SundayOvertime may be required depending on workloadContract BenefitsPortuguese employment contract20–22 days of paid vacation / year (depending on contract start)Holiday and Christmas bonusesIf working on Portuguese public holidays, you'll receive a compensatory day offAccommodation OptionFree private room in a company-rented apartment (shared with other employees)Fully furnished, with utilities, internet, and linens includedAvailable only for international hires living more than 100km from LisbonNo pets allowedRemote WorkWork-from-home setup availableAll necessary equipment provided (PC, screen, keyboard, mouse)Occasional on-site presence may be required at Lisbon hubs based on project needs
