Your New Company You will be joining a prominent company in the transport and logistics sector, known for its global reach and innovative solutions. Your New Role As a WorkForce IT Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for IT-related issues within the business. Your responsibilities will include creating, optimising, and enhancing interfaces, as well as resolving any technical problems that arise. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop sustainable solutions for connecting IT systems, performing root cause analysis, and collaborating with a strong team of IT professionals.

Responsibilities

• Implementing WFM Solutions : Ensure adherence to global templates and IT governance, manage and facilitate testing.
• Integration Support : Roll out and maintain multiple integrations, ensuring data integrity and testing changes and processes.
• Application Support : Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the system.
• Software Maintenance : Monitor, maintain, and optimise the WorkForce software.
• Collaboration : Work with vendors and internal stakeholders on updates and configurations.
• Feature Implementation : Implement new features and improvements.
• Compliance : Ensure adherence to IT security standards and best practices.

What You'll Need to Succeed To excel in this role, you will need strong technical skills in WorkForce Management systems, experience with integration and troubleshooting, and a keen eye for optimisation and compliance with IT standards.
