About the Role

As a French-speaking Customer Advisor, you'll be the primary point of contact for our French-speaking users, providing exceptional support and resolving their inquiries efficiently and effectively via email and chat. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring a positive user experience by delivering timely, accurate, and helpful solutions. This is a non-voice role, perfect for individuals who excel in written communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer support to French-speaking users through email and chat, addressing their questions, concerns, and technical issues.
  • Clearly and concisely communicate solutions and information in both French and English.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot user inquiries, escalating complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
  • Continuously learn and stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback for process improvement.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent French (C2 level) – both written and spoken. You'll be communicating extensively with French-speaking users.
  • Good English (B2 level or higher) – enabling effective communication within the team and with internal stakeholders.
  • Legal Eligibility to Work in Portugal : You must possess valid legal documents to work in Portugal.
  • Strong Written Communication Skills : Excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation in both French and English are essential for email and chat support.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset : A genuine desire to help people and provide outstanding service.
  • Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
  • Tech-Savvy : Comfortable navigating digital platforms and learning new software quickly.
  • Attention to Detail : Meticulous in recording information and providing accurate solutions.
  • Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Team Player : Willingness to collaborate and support colleagues.
  • Bonus Points (but not mandatory)

  • Prior experience in customer service, help desk, or a similar role (especially in a non-voice environment).
  • Experience with CRM software or ticketing systems.
  • Familiarity with online content platforms or social media.
