Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Assistant located in the Lisbon Metropolitan Area. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for supporting the sales team in daily operations, managing customer interactions, maintaining sales records, and ensuring excellent customer service. Other duties include scheduling appointments, organizing sales materials, and assisting in sales presentations.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills : Ability to provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with clients.
• Communication and Sales : Strong communication skills and a proven ability to assist in sales activities.
• Organization Skills : Proficiency in organizing sales materials and scheduling appointments efficiently.
• Additional Relevant Skills and Qualifications : Prior experience in sales or customer service, knowledge and experiences in hotel services, fluency in English and Portuguese, and a university degree or equivalent. Fluency in Chinese is a plus.
