What we're looking for :

• Previous experience as an IT recruiter or in a similar role;
• Knowledge of IT market trends and the most common tools in the sector;
• Ability to conduct technical and behavioural interviews;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proactivity and focus on results.
