We are looking for a SRE Observability for a Project based in Lisbon.
Project Mission :
An SRE focused on Observability. Someone who can look at a complex system of services, products, applications, and contents that work together for a full E2E customer experience in a telco company and identify areas for improvement on standards application, best practices, and help to define and implement business metrics that represent the business needs and the customer outcomes.
To work closely to Product Teams, embedded into their roadmaps and help to transform that into monitoring assets, alerts, dashboards to enrich the support experience.
