Business Development Closer – Step In X

Location : Lisbon | Type : Full-time, On-site ( Lisbon office min 3 days / week)

What You’ll Do (And Do Well)

Hunt and Close : Identify high-growth software companies like SaaS platforms, AI startups, or B2B tools that need sharp recruitment support. Get decision-makers on a call and seal the deal.

Build a Founder Network : Develop strategic relationships with tech founders, investors, and hiring leads. Become the first call when they need someone hired yesterday.

Drive Revenue Relentlessly : This is a sales role. You will run outbound campaigns, pitch our services, and sign contracts that directly grow the business.

Create Opportunities : Join events, coworking spaces, LinkedIn conversations, and community groups. You will not wait for leads—you will generate them.

Master Tech Hiring Basics : Learn how top startups recruit. Understand comp structures, org design, and hiring bottlenecks. We will train you to speak the language of hiring.

Who You Are

Proven Closer : You have sold B2B services or tech before, ideally in fast-paced environments.

Tech-First Mindset : You enjoy innovative products and working with founders who move fast. You do not need to code, but you need to care.

High-Agency Operator : You take initiative, bring energy, and deliver results without hand-holding.

Confident Communicator : You move conversations forward and know how to turn a maybe into a yes.

Ambitious and Driven : You want more than a paycheck. You want to build something meaningful and win.
