We are recruiting a position of HR Administrative for a reference company in Audit, taxes, transactions and Consulting, located in Lisbon.
CANDIDATE
Your main responsibilities are :
- Ensure administrative coordination of all Occupational Health processes;
- Manage the invoice approval workflow related to HR services;
- Keep employee training records updated in internal systems;
- Oversee the completion of independence processes specific to HR functions;
- Provide executive support to the Talent Director, including calendar management, travel bookings, and call handling;
- Handle general administrative and secretarial tasks associated with the HR department.
KEY SKILLS
Academic background in relevant fields (Human Resources, Management, etc.);Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in administrative roles, preferably within HR;Fluency in English (mandatory);Proficiency in MS Office tools.Integration in a solid and company that offers an opportunity of personal growth.
