We are looking for a talented and accomplished Senior Account Manager to maintain and expand client relationships within our BPO operation.You will be responsible for overseeing account strategy, ensuring service excellence, and driving business growth by developing strong partnerships with key stakeholders. Your ability to manage multiple accounts effectively while identifying opportunities for improvement and expansion will be essential in this role.
As a Senior Account Manager, your daily responsibilities will include :
Client Relationship Management :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
- Conduct regular meetings and reviews with clients to discuss performance, gather feedback, and address any concern
Strategic Account Planning :
Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive growth and improve service deliveryIdentify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services and solutionsPerformance Monitoring :
Monitor account performance metrics, including service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and client feedbackAnalyze performance data and provide insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvementTeam Leadership and Collaboration :
Work closely with internal teams, including operations, training, and quality assurance, to ensure the successful delivery of servicesMentor and support junior account managers, offering guidance on best practices and client management strategiesBusiness Development :
Contribute to the development of proposals and presentations to acquire new accounts or expand existing onesParticipate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company’s services and build valuable connectionsStay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations to clientsShare relevant insights with internal teams to support product and service development or enhancementsWhat you need to have :
