Descrição da vagaStrong experience with TWS (Tivoli Dynamic Workload Console). Proficient in Shell scripting. Familiarity with ticketing tools like Jira or ServiceNow. Comfortable working in Unix / Linux environments. Solid problem-solving abilities. Fluent in English. Experience with additional scripting languages. Knowledge of ITIL processes. Experience in a technology consultancy environment.
Summary
The main function of the IT Ops Specialist is to support and enhance IT operations within the organization, ensuring efficient handling of technology projects and operations.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and support IT workload using TWS (Tivoli Dynamic Workload Console).
- Develop and maintain Shell scripts to automate tasks.
- Utilize ticketing tools, such as Jira or ServiceNow, to track and resolve IT issues.
- Provide support in Unix / Linux environments, troubleshooting and resolving operational problems.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges.
