Purpose of the Role :

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to support our growing European Business Solution Hub in Lisbon. You will be the sole HR resource on-site, partnering closely with the operational leaders (team leads, supervisors, and department heads) across Customer Service, Claims Handling, Buyer Support, Data & Insights, and Pricing.

This role is pivotal in ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle, fostering a positive workplace culture, supporting business growth, and driving HR processes in alignment with both local labour regulations and broader company strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

HR Operations & Employee Relations

• Serve as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries and support for approximately 80–120 employees.
• Manage employee relations, supporting team leads and supervisors in resolving performance, behavioural, or conflict issues.
• Support the Finance Director with contract preparation, employment documentation, and payroll inputs.
