What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience as a Recruiter (solid knowledge of IT roles is mandatory);
• Confidence working across diverse tech stacks and understanding different IT profiles;
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms
• A results-driven mindset, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and KPIs in dynamic environments;
• Proficiency in Portuguese & English (mandatory).
