We are looking for an Amazing : BUSINESS ANALYST

Seniority : Minimum 4-5 years

Type of position : Hybrid (in Porto, Portugal)

The amazing you, will have :

At least 4 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital transformation projects.

Solid experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation (functional & non-functional).

Skilled at bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by translating needs into actionable specifications.

Familiarity with user stories , use cases , process flows , and acceptance criteria .

Working knowledge of business analysis techniques and frameworks (e.g., BPMN , UML ).

Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA , Confluence , or Azure DevOps .

Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban).

Fluent English (spoken and written) – for direct communication with international stakeholders.

Background in international projects or regulated sectors (finance, insurance, healthcare).

Exposure to BI or Data Analytics environments .
