🧐 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?
- 5+ years in AI / ML engineering, with at least 3+ years in MLOps / GenAI Ops.
- Strong expertise with Snowflake (Snowpark, UDFs, ML integrations, governance).
- Hands-on experience in Azure ML ecosystem (Azure ML Studio, Azure OpenAI).
- Proficiency in MLOps frameworks (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, DVC, Feast).
- Strong coding skills in Python, SQL, and exposure to PyTorch / TensorFlow.
- CI / CD & deployment with Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of responsible AI, security, and compliance in enterprise environments.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and deploying AI / ML at scale.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders, engineers, and analysts.
👀 GOOD TO HAVE :
Multi-cloud AI / ML experience (AWS / GCP in addition to Azure).Knowledge of feature stores, model registries, and enterprise ML governance.Contributions to open-source MLOps / GenAI frameworks.Understanding data privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA) and AI ethics frameworks.Experience implementing role-based access control (RBAC) and data masking in Snowflake or Azure.Contributions to open-source ML / GenAI projects or active participation in AI communities.Strong presentation skills for technical demos, architecture reviews, or stakeholder briefingsExperience with Databricks, AWS SageMaker, or Google Vertex AI for cross-cloud ML workflows.Exposure to streaming data platforms like Kafka, Azure Event Hubs, or Apache Flink.🧐 HOW WILL YOUR DAILY JOB BE?
MLOps / GenAI Ops
Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines (data ingestion, training, validation, deployment, monitoring, retraining).Operationalize GenAI models (LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, prompt orchestration) for enterprise use cases.Automate CI / CD workflows for ML / GenAI apps ensuring reproducibility, scalability, and governance.Implement model monitoring, observability, and drift detection frameworks.Define best practices for ML / GenAI lifecycle management and compliance.Azure Cloud Engineering
Build and optimize AI / ML solutions on Azure using services like Azure ML, AKS, Azure OpenAIDesign cloud-native architectures ensuring scalability, high availability, and security.Implement cost-efficient infrastructure for large-scale AI workloads.Snowflake as a Data Platform
Use Snowflake as the central data platform for feature engineering, data preparation, and model serving.Integrate Snowpark, Python UDFs, and Snowflake ML with AI / ML pipelines.Enable real-time and batch data pipelines with Snowflake + Azure ecosystems.Implement data governance, lineage, and observability in Snowflake for AI / ML workloads.Leadership & Collaboration
Serve as a technical leader and mentor for ML and data engineers.Partner with data scientists to produce research models on Snowflake and Azure.Engage with product and business stakeholders to align AI solutions with enterprise strategy.Drive innovation in GenAI Ops, MLOps, and data platform integration.📅 WHERE AND WHEN?
