Finance Manager (m / f / d)

Experis is recruiting for a multinational industrial company that is establishing a new subsidiary in Portugal. This is a unique opportunity to join the management team responsible for setting up the company, building the infrastructures, and driving excellence in production and profitability.

As Finance Manager , you will oversee all financial aspects of the company, both internally and externally, while reporting directly to the corporate headquarters.

Main Responsibilities :

Manage accounting, banking, cash flow, budgeting, controlling, and profitability analysis.

Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with statutory and corporate requirements.

Oversee costing, supplier contracts, and financial reporting.

Support decision-making by providing accurate and timely financial insights.

Contribute to the establishment and optimization of processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Requirements :

Certified Accountant.

Excellent command of English (written and spoken).

Experience in industrial companies, preferably within an international corporate structure.

Strong background in accounting, banks, cash flow, costing, budgeting, profitability analysis, controlling, KPIs, statutory compliance, and supplier contracts.

Advanced Excel skills (mandatory); knowledge of Priority ERP is an advantage.
