Our Retail and BFSI verticals are already established parts of the Intellias portfolio, with a strong base of global clients. To accelerate strategic growth, we need a marketing leader who can connect business vision to marketing execution. You’ll work directly with the sales team, our industry thought-leaders, tech and AI experts, and the delivery teams to capture insights and develop strategies and plans that have a real impact on the market.
What project we have for you
Acting as an “account manager” for your verticals, you’ll work alongside our central marketing specialists in content, design, digital, and PR – to bring these plans to life. shape integrated, cross-channel marketing campaigns, work with partners, manage budgets, and track results. You’ll balance the creativity of storytelling with the discipline of data-driven planning, while helping to build Intellias brand awareness and generate demand in these critical sectors.
This role reports to the Director of Vertical Marketing (part of the marketing leadership team), giving you senior-level exposure and the chance to make your mark in a business that’s big enough to be global, but still agile enough to move fast.
What you will do
Shape vertical strategy : Develop and own marketing strategies for Retail & BFSI, aligned to market trends, client needs, and business strategy and goals
Create value propositions : Translate our domain expertise and services into compelling, client-centric stories backed by evidence.
Build the brand : Look for ways to get cut-through and drive top-of-mind (and top-of funnel) awareness in the minds of technology and business decision makers in these markets, building and leveraging relationships across these markets with key influencers and media outlets
Plan and deliver campaigns : Design integrated, multi-channel campaigns and manage budgets, execution, and reporting. This includes ownership of retail / BFSI marketing channels e.g. LinkedIn page and newsletters
Collaborate cross-functionally : Act as a business partner to the vertical leadership teams, while collaborating across the business to ensure marketing is tightly connected to business outcomes.
Support partnerships : Provide operational support for the Intellias partner network in your verticals, building relationships and running co-marketing programs
Events management : to add the necessary support for events and conference planning, including sometimes participating with the team
Insights & optimization : Conduct industry research, trend analysis, and market segmentation to inform plans, and use data to measure and optimize results.
