Descrição do cargoConversion Rate Optimization (CRO) : Funnel Analysis, A / B & Multivariate Testing, User Flow Optimization. UX Research & Analysis : Usability Studies, User Interviews, Persona Development, Data Analysis. UX / UI Design : Wireframing, Prototyping, Interaction Design, Visual Design, Information Architecture. Growth Methodologies : Experimentation Loops, Pirate Metrics (AARRR), Growth Hacking. Cross-Functional Leadership : Collaboration with Product, Marketing, Engineering & Data Science. Tools & Technologies : Figma, Mixpanel, UserPilot, Google Analytics, Hotjar. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). Have basic knowledge of DevOps, ideally regarding configuration management, and monitoring and troubleshooting. Proven experience as a product designer in complex SaaS or PaaS products, Developer Experience tools (DevEx), or relevant experience in the computer technology industry. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design. High proficiency in Figma using and contributing to design systems, for UI consistency and reusability. Experience with AI in the UX design process for research, ideation, solution design, validation. Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to contribute to technical feasibility discussions, articulating design decisions clearly and persuasively.
