Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Assist clients with inquiries related to consumer products, order management, and fulfillment processes.
• Respond to customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism and empathy, striving for effective solutions.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company products and services to offer accurate information.
• Document customer interactions systematically to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex issues as they arise.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, ideally within the consumer goods sector.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on client satisfaction.
• Capability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• A proactive attitude and ability to work well in a team-driven environment.
