What we are looking for:

• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents (short & long-term fixes).
• Use tools like ServiceNow, GitLab, Ansible.
• Perform production monitoring and support activities.
• On-call duty (occasionally nights/weekends).
• Strong in SQL and Shell scripting (Linux).
• Good knowledge of English.
