KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and own the data migration strategy, plan, and roadmap aligned with the ERP implementation timeline.
- Lead the data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from legacy systems to the target ERP system.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional leads, and technical teams to define data mapping, cleansing, and validation rules.
- Manage data quality assurance processes, including reconciliation, exception handling, and audit trails. o Coordinate with third-party vendors and system integrators to ensure alignment on data migration activities. o Define and execute mock migrations, dry runs, and cutover plans.
- Establish and monitor data migration KPIs and reporting metrics. o Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to data migration analysts and developers.
CAPABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE
Proven experience leading data migration projects in large-scale ERP implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics).Strong understanding of data architecture, data modelling, and ETL tools (e.g., SQL, SSIS, Informatica, Talend).Experience with legacy systems and data structures.Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.LOCATION
