Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries regarding retail products, availability, and promotions via phone, email, and live chat in Dutch.
- Provide exceptional support throughout the shopping experience, including assistance with order processing, refunds, and exchanges.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
- Collaborate with other departments to offer seamless customer support.
- Stay informed about new products and services to provide customers with up-to-date information.
Requirements
