Cluster General Manager

Details – Hospitality, Sports, Leisure is the platform responsible for managing the Hospitality, Sports, and Leisure areas of Arrow Global in Portugal. It oversees the management of major hotel units located in Vilamoura, Carvoeiro, Lagos, Albufeira, Aroeira, and Madeira, as well as golf courses and equestrian centers.

The General Manager will be responsible for leading a diverse cluster of hospitality units in the Troia Peninsula – including hotel, serviced residences, and F&B/event venues – ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across hotel, residences, and F&B/event venue, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Achieve and exceed revenue, profit, and guest satisfaction targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop managers and operational teams to high performance standards.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, health & safety regulations, and legal requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Sales & Marketing teams to design and execute promotions and growth initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement in service quality, operational efficiency, and guest engagement.
• Manage financial performance, budgets, and P&L accountability across all units.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years’ senior management experience in hospitality;
  multi‑unit oversight strongly preferred.
• Solid financial acumen, including P&L management and budgeting expertise.
• Proven track record in delivering service excellence and optimizing operational processes.
• Inspirational leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible, hands‑on, and results-driven, thriving in fast-paced environments.
• Fluent in English;
  Portuguese is a plus.
