Descrição do cargoOutSystems Professional Web Developer (minimum). OutSystems Tech Lead + Architecture Specialist (preferred). Ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders . Participation in architecture decisions and solution roadmap planning. Technical planning and priority management skills. Technical leadership and mentoring . Strong communication and autonomy . Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory). Spanish is a plus. A collaborative and innovative environment. Continuous learning and career development opportunities. What do you need to be SMART IT SUPPORT ENGINEER ?
✅ What we’re looking for :
- Proven experience in OutSystems solution architecture and design .
- Definition of technical standards and best practices .
- Complex integrations (REST, SOAP, external APIs).
- Application lifecycle management (CI / CD, versioning, staging pipelines).
- Strong expertise in performance tuning, security, and scalability .
- Code review and technical mentoring for developers.
- Experience in multi-app and multi-team environments.
