About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Data & Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team through an IEFP Internship. This role is key in supporting our business decision-making by analyzing data, creating reports, and developing insights that drive efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and structure data models and cubes to support reporting and analytics needs.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources (ERP, CRM, financial systems) into consolidated reporting structures.
  • Work closely with the software provider (PHC and Zoho partners) to ensure smooth system integrations.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Monitor data quality, identify inconsistencies, and propose corrective actions.
  • Support automation of reporting processes and streamline data flows across systems.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Operations to understand business requirements and translate them into technical data solutions.
  • Provide ad-hoc data analysis and insights as required by management.

Required Qualification :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Data Science.
  • Strong skills in data modeling, database management, and ETL processes.
  • Knowledge of BI tools and data visualization (preferably Zoho Analytics, Power BI, or equivalent).
  • Understanding of ERP and CRM systems, preferably PHC and Zoho ecosystem (Books, Analytics, CRM).
  • Ability to integrate and consolidate data from multiple sources into structured data warehouses / cubes.
  • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with APIs for data integration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data quality and consistency.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with business and software partners.
  • Self-motivated, autonomous, and able to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Proficient / advanced level of coding (Python, C++, R, JavaScript or other language used in data science)

    Pay : 1,149.00€ - 1,358.50€ per month
