🎧 Be the first point of contact – Support German-speaking customers with their questions.
📱 Assist with digital services – Help customers with phone banking IDs, T-PINs, and app setup.
💡 Promote solutions – Present products and services in a customer-friendly, sales-oriented way.
📢 Boost campaigns – Support ongoing marketing initiatives.

👤 Who you are

You speak German fluently (C1 / C2 level).

You enjoy helping customers and solving issues with a smile.

You have a sales-minded approach – you like to inform and advise.

You are tech-savvy and comfortable guiding people through digital tools.
