About the Role

The

Operations Associate

role is perfect for someone with strong interpersonal skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for hospitality. You'll join our Lisbon team and play a key role in the daily operations that support our guests and homeowners. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced, international startup environment while contributing directly to the GuestReady experience.

Key Responsibilities

Build authentic relationships with guests through excellent communication and support

Act as a bridge between teams (e.g., Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Guest Experience), ensuring smooth operations

Oversee reservations and guest communication across Front and Back Office functions

Use our Property Management System (PMS) and internal platforms to coordinate and update operations in real time

Solve operational challenges efficiently, balancing guest satisfaction with cost-effective decision-making

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone proactive, adaptable, and motivated by delivering great service. Ideally, you bring :

Fluent Portuguese and English

(spoken and written)

Based in Lisbon,

with full availability to

work weekends and flexible shifts.

This is a 100% on-site role based at our Lisbon office.

in hospitality, reception, tourism, or customer-facing roles
