🕒 Employment type : Full-time (6-month contract, extendable)

💰 Compensation : €1,100 / month x14 + bonuses & relocation package

✨ What You’ll Do :

📞 Assist users with inquiries and technical support via phone, email, chat, and social media

💬 Adapt brand voice and tone to ensure professional, empathetic communication

⚡ Handle escalations and document all relevant case details accurately

🤝 Provide excellent customer care that enhances brand reputation

✅ What We’re Looking For :

🇳🇱 Native / Fluent Dutch (C2) and strong English skills (B2)

📄 Right to live and work in Portugal or the EU

🎯 Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving skills

💻 Tech-savvy and eager to grow in an international environment

💶 €1,100 / month salary x14 months

💶 Guaranteed €135 monthly bonus

💶 Up to €120 performance bonus per month
