And we need talent like you to bring our vision to every food factory on earth.The challenge With the growth of our product and tech team, we're looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the evolution of our product experience.This is a high‐impact role where you'll take ownership of design across the product, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals. You'll help us move from functional to exceptional – transforming complex industrial workflows into intuitive, scalable interfaces that are loved by users.You'll work closely with engineers, product managers, and implementation teams to ensure design is embedded into every step of our process, and you'll help shape how we scale design in the years ahead.What you'll be doingLead end‐to‐end design initiatives, from discovery to deliveryDesign and document flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‐fidelity mockups using FigmaCreate and maintain design systems and component librariesConduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate decisionsTranslate complex industrial use cases into simple and effective user experiencesCollaborate closely with product and engineering to ensure high‐quality implementationMentor junior designers and help establish design best practicesAdvocate for the user in product discussions and strategic decisionsWhat we're looking for You're a systems thinker, a proactive collaborator, and someone who balances craft with pragmatism. You'll thrive in this role if you bring:5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally in B2B or SaaS productsStrong command of Figma and experience building and managing design systemsA portfolio that shows a clear design process, thoughtful UX decisions, and clean UIExperience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and applying insightsAbility to work cross‐functionally and lead projects from concept to completionA good grasp of technical constraints and how design impacts developmentA curious mindset and drive to continuously improve the product and user experienceFluency in English (written and spoken)Why BRAINR?
