What we are looking for :

2+ years of experience in data or BI-related roles

Subject-matter expertise or strong interest in BI tools like Tableau or Power BI

Solid understanding of how different technology stacks interact with BI platforms

Experience designing and building scalable data pipelines , data models , and data workflows using Python or SQL

Ability to prepare data for analytics and machine learning use cases

Skilled in creating insightful dashboards , reports , and visualizations

Excellent collaboration skills to work with clients, teams, and stakeholders

Fluent in English , with strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Solid foundation in database concepts and relational database design

Knowledge of data warehousing , cloud computing , and AI / ML fundamentals

Self-driven, passionate about continuous learning and earning certifications

Comfortable working in fast-paced , hybrid , and cross-cultural environments

Open to occasional travel and collaboration with on / offshore teams

Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences
