Where no two days are the same.Your Role Customer Technical Project Manager (CTPM)is responsible for leading and managing theend-to-end (E2E) technical deliveryof complex projects, ensuring the full solution is successfully integrated, validated, and accepted according to the contracted scope. This role involves coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams and managing all project phases — frompre-sales and technical designthroughintegration, validation, and final customer acceptance .Lead and direct the project's technical functions, includingAnalysis & Design ,Integration, andVerification & Validation .Ensureend-to-end technical deliveryin alignment with contractual requirements and project KPIs.Participate in thepre-sales phase, defining the technical delivery strategy from requirements gathering through final acceptance.Define project organization, technical gates, deliverables, tools, and governance model.Leadtechnical executionduring implementation and coordinate activities across multiple streams.Identify, assess, and mitigatetechnical risksthroughout the project lifecycle.Coordinate resolution of critical technical issues, engaging engineering teams as needed.VerifyQuality of Service (QoS)andsolution stability, ensuring compliance with KPIs and SLAs.Advise the customer onnetwork evolutionand identifyup-scope opportunitieswithin the project.Your Profile 7+ yearsof experience managingcomplex, cross-domain, end-to-end technical projects .End‐To‐End Planning or Cross‐functional Team Alignment or Deployment Management or Operational Activities Coordination.SDMouCloud (FW, CBIS, NCS, SDL/HSS/HLR)ouCBISouNPCouAAA upgradesouIMS / VoLTE CoreouDiameter / RADIUS platformsouinterconnect gateways ;
Strong expertise inTelecom Core Networks ,Cloud, andData Centertechnologies.Solid understanding ofpre-sales activities, including scoping, estimation, and risk management.Proven ability tolead technical teamsand coordinate across multiple workstreams.Strong sense ofownership, accountability, and technical leadership .Experience insystem engineering ,integration, andconfiguration/change management .Capable of workingindependently, delivering results with minimal supervision.Excellentcustomer interactionandcommunicationskills.Experience and knowledge ofNokia products and solutions .Experience withpublic and/or hybrid cloudenvironments.Familiarity withCI/CD automationand DevOps practicesWhat You ́ll love about Capgemini Join a multicultural and inclusive team environment.
